Michelle has helped people and organizations for over 15 years examine and deepen their purpose, create a strategy, and actionable roadmap to realize their highest potential. She designs and transforms organizations, brands, and physical spaces.
She is a whole-brain thinker who fluidly navigates between analytical and emotional, big picture to details, abstract to concrete. She translates across disciplines to speak in the language of consultants, engineers, creatives, and nonprofits to shift mindsets and deliver outcomes.
She’s worked across industries and continents from consulting to early-stage startups to agencies in architecture and interiors, brand, technology, healthcare, social enterprises, and government in the US and Asia. Clients include Google, Micron, AMD, Adobe, TELUS, Kilroy, Rivian, Waking Up, US Government, and more.
Michelle brings vibrant calm and holds space for others to feel seen and heard.
